Description
Playing with function and sculptural form Alentes presents a series of statement everyday objects and centerpieces in two colors. The simple yet different silhouettes of this bowl bring a sophisticated tone to any setting.
Made from our own aggregate of cast stone, mixed and poured by hand, this accessory is assembled and sealed with a specialized highly protective coating, which makes the surface non-absorbent and spill-resistant. The particular object is intended for both indoor and outdoor use, and as with any natural material, it is best to avoid standing water. We do not advise using this object as a pot or a planter.

We currently only accept online orders for countries within the EU. EU economy courier charges, 7-10 days estimated time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all countries outside EU its easy to buy online either via 1stDibs or order straight through us via email – we offer worldwide international shipping via FEDEX 10-15 days. Please advise your local customs office for any additional local charges payable by you.

SAFE SHIPPING GUIDELINES
ALENTES packages its goods according to fragile items method, so as to minimize any breakage during shipping. Unpack and inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the rare case of damage during shipping, send us an email with a report and photographic evidence within 3 working days upon delivery. All our shipments are insured for damages during transport, so any damaged good during shipping will most likely be replaced.

Terms
RETURNS
Our products are typically made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a technical issue with the product. If however, for any other reason, you wish to return the product, a return for this item may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the original shipping cost., the customs duties and taxes for export and import back into the country of origin. Items must be returned in the packaging and condition received.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Our products are meticulously handmade upon order, involving a lengthy process of manufacturing, detailing, and refining. Therefore, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, and they are non-refundable if cancellation is requested during production. If you wish to modify your order (i.e. substitute items or change to items of equal or greater value), please contact us within a max of 7 days of placing the order.
COLOUR AND OTHER VARIATIONS
Customary and reasonable variations in colour and/or dimensions of ALENTES objects are a testament to their handmade nature and are thus not considered a defect. Hairline cracks are surface-deep and are part of the casting process – all items are carefully quality inspected before shipping.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the rare case your product is faulty, we will consider your claim as quickly as possible and correct it to the best of our ability. Based on your photographs, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a deficiency of manufacturing or material nature, or whether it is due to normal wear and tear. Defective items will be replaced or refunded if the replacement with the same product is not possible. We will arrange with you to send us the item back and we will replace it free of charge and shipping costs. We will operate with the utmost speed to reduce waiting times. If you have purchased products through one of our associated stores, the guarantee also applies, but not to any defects, damage or wear that the products have been sold with.
Guarantee
We guarantee that all ALENTES products are free from manufacturing faults and defects for 24 months from the date of original delivery. If a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever ALENTES’ technicians coclude as being the most efficient and effective remedy.
The guarantee does cover:
• Possible dismantling of the object’s parts • Casting cracks that are larger than hairline cracks (>1.0mm).
The guarantee does not cover:
• Damages that are caused by not following the CARE GUIDE instructions by erroneous maintenance and/or improper use of the goods • Chipping of top/bottom edges resulting from not following the CARE GUIDE instructions • Water corrosion damage that results from not following the CARE GUIDE instructions • Discoloration due to weather conditions • Hairline cracks that 1.0mm or smaller.
