PIEDI COFFEE TABLE is part of our mono-material object collection. The effortless pairing of the monolithic body with the articulate feet gives this piece its playful beauty.
Made from our aggregate of cast stone, mixed and poured by hand, the table is assembled and sealed with a specialized highly protective coating, which makes the surface non-absorbent and spill-resistant. The table can also be used outdoors. and as with any natural material avoiding exposure to standing water is recommended. The PIEDI COFFEE TABLE comes in one size and in one piece ready to be placed.

ONLINE ORDERS
We currently only accept online orders for countries within the EU. EU door-to-door courier with extra insurance, 7-10 days estimated travel time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all countries outside the EU, it’s easy to buy online either via 1stDibs or order straight through us via email – we offer worldwide international insured shipping via FedEx for 7-10 days. Please advise your local customs office for any additional local charges payable by you.

SAFE SHIPPING GUIDELINES
ALENTES packages its goods according to the fragile items method, to minimize any breakage during shipping. Unpack and inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the rare case of damage during shipping, please send us an email with a report and photographic evidence within 3 working days of delivery. All our shipments are insured for damages during transport, so any damaged goods during shipping will most likely be replaced.

Terms
RETURNS
Our products are typically made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a technical issue with the product. If however you wish to return the product, a return for this item may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges and the original shipping cost, the customs duties and taxes for export and import back into the country of origin. Items must be returned in the packaging and condition received.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Our products are meticulously handmade upon order, involving a lengthy process of manufacturing, detailing, and refining. Therefore, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, and they are non-refundable if cancellation is requested during production. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within a max of 7 days of placing the order.
COLOUR AND OTHER VARIATIONS
Customary and reasonable variations in colour and/or dimensions of ALENTES objects are a testament to their handmade nature and are thus not considered a defect. Hairline cracks are surface-deep and are part of the casting process – all our items are made one by one, through multiple rounds of refinement and quality control before they are marked as immaculate and ready to ship
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the rare case your product is faulty, we will consider your claim as quickly as possible and correct it to the best of our ability. Based on your photographs, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a deficiency of manufacturing or material nature, or whether it is due to normal wear and tear. Defective items will be replaced or refunded if the replacement with the same product is not possible. We will arrange with you to send us the item back and we will replace it free of charge and shipping costs. We will operate with the utmost speed to reduce waiting times. If you have purchased products through one of our associated stores, the guarantee also applies, but not to any defects, damage or wear that the products have been sold with.
Guarantee
We guarantee that all ALENTES products sold directly from ALENTES are free from manufacturing faults and defects for 24 months from the date of delivery. Our products are made one by one and upon order, go through multiple rounds of refinement and quality control before they are marked as immaculate and ready to ship. In the unlikely event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever ALENTES’ technicians conclude as the most efficient and effective remedy.
The guarantee does cover: Possible dismantling of the object’s parts • Casting cracks larger than hairline cracks (>1.0mm).
The guarantee does not cover: Damages caused by not following the care guide instructions by erroneous maintenance or improper use of the goods • Damage due to extreme weather conditions or standing water • Hairline cracks that are 1.0mm or smaller.
