Please note that thumbnail colors and sizes may vary from real objects due to graphic representation. Always advise description providing the accurate product information on www.alentes.com or the ALENTES product catalogue. We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

The content on this website is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to ALENTES. Any material on the website such as images and designs may not be reproduced, and it may not be used commercially without referring to ALENTES essential details. ALENTES has all the design rights for the products shown on the website. Any production, marketing or sale of replicas of the products is considered a violation of its immaterial rights. It is not allowed to use the brand name ALENTES without consent. However, you are allowed to copy texts and images when using proper references to ALENTES. It is allowed to link directly to all material shown on this website.
PURCHASES
The prices listed herewith are in Euros (€) and include 24% VAT. Prices may change without notice. Your order’s billing total is always based on the prices stated on the website on the date you place your order. Your purchases will include your printed retail receipt as we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents. No other charges are required for online purchases on our web shop to EU countries.
SHIPPING COST
You can check the shipping cost easily prior to your purchase. Shipping costs are charged separately on your cart page once you provide your address.
SURCHARGE
There is a Surcharge fee on all purchases so as to ensure safe shipping and insurance. Surcharge cost refers to paper box and timber safety box for accessories – timber safety collar pallet/boxes for furniture. ALENTES packs the goods according to shipping rules of fragile items and we deliver them to the couriers in perfect condition.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment with Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners, Maestro and Union Pay through Braintree. We do not charge credit card fees.
By pressing “Place Order,” you give a binding offer on the purchase of the goods in the cart. The purchase is made by the customer and is related to the illustrated and described products shown in their respective pages (images and colors are approximate).
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We do hold a very small permanent stock however most orders and especially large items are hand-made upon request.
LEAD TIME
Product availability lead time appears on the product’s page upon selection of variations and quantity. Our standard LEAD TIMES are: accessories 3-5 weeks, furniture 5-8 weeks. Once your purchase is completed we will notify you of dispatch date and keep you updated about your order’s progress up to dispatch. For large orders it is in your best interest to contact us directly.
Please note that orders placed after 20th of November will most likely be delivered on the New Year. In case you need your order before Christmas, it is best to contact us via email or telephone to arrange best delivery times and charges with you.
CLAIMS
Please note that our products are non-refundable. Once your order has been placed and you wish to change it for another item or items of the same or higher total cost, you need to contact us as soon as possible. If your original order has not yet been progressed to the production phase, we will happily modify your purchase list. If the item or items have been progressed to the production phase, it will not be possible to change your order.
ALENTES does not give any guarantee regarding the suitability of the products for a specific use intended by the customer. It is part of the responsibility and obligations of the customer to inquire about the specific compatibility of his purchase with his personal needs.

We ship from Greece to EU through FEDEX DOOR TO DOOR and all our shipments are insured for damages or loss. If you desire express delivery or in-house delivery, please contact us via email with the items and the delivery address so we can give you an accurate quote. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

When you buy goods online from www.alentes.com they will be ready to ship within the lead times that appear on the product’s page upon variation and quantity selection. Note: we kindly advise you to place your orders as far head as possible to major holiday breaks (e.g. Christmas).

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY – SHIPPING
We are currently processing online orders only to EU; however we do handle worldwide orders.
For customers outside the EU there are available two easy options:

- Via email, simply sent us an email with the desired items, the quantity and delivery address and we will send you an accurate quote with best rates and delivery times.
For delivery outside of European Union, the customer must settle the customs duty tax, VAT or other taxes which may be imposed in his country in order to receive the shipment. Please advise your local customs office for any additional local charges payable by you. Delivery times are indicative if there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses) or events such as strikes, natural disasters, problems related to shipping / delivery / manufacture, governmental actions and / or regulations.

SHIPPING CLAIM
All items are insured and come in safety packaging. When viewing your cart, the delivery charges and surcharge include shipping insurance and safety packaging – this is also detailed on cart page and the product’s page. ALENTES packs the goods according to shipping rules of fragile items and we deliver them to the shipping carrier in perfect condition. The carrier is responsible for damage during transportation. We recommend checking on the condition of the delivered goods before signing the acknowledgement of receipt for the package. It’s in your right to open and check any products if the packaging has any sign of damage.
DELAYS
Please keep in mind that slight delays might occur – we advise you to track your shipment and email them if a date or time is best for you to receive the shipment.
DAMAGES
All items are insured and come in specialized safety packaging. In case of partial or total loss, or damage of the goods during the transport the customer must send an email to info@alentes.com with a photographic record of the damages. This must be done the same or the next day from the receipt of the goods. ALENTES will assess the damages and will ship replacements for the damaged items free of charge and delivery costs.
RETURN POLICY
Since our products are mostly made upon demand, we do not accept returns if there is no technical default. In the rare case of technical default please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded if the replacement with the same product is not possible. Returns are accepted only if the products and their packaging are in the same condition as originally sent. The product must not have been used, or have suffered even the minimal damage and it must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. We will arrange with you to send us the item back and we will replace it free of charge and shipping costs. We will operate with the utmost speed in order to reduce waiting times. We are not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods or returned by uninsured shipments.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We do indeed undertake custom orders that are based on our material palette and design aesthetic. Any design or new product requires its own research and development time and fee, which is of course inversely proportional to order size. ALENTES ATELIER collaborates with renowned practices worldwide on hospitality projects.
Please write us an email of your desired piece and project. We will review the request and notify you as soon as possible. Custom hospitality projects are contractual based and usually upon a prototype’s approval.
Pricing is formed depending on the research and design, development and the materials used. There will be a fee for design and then a fee for production. If during or after the designing process of the product, the customer decides that he/she does not want to produce it, the fee for the design will not be returned to the customer.
No product returns are accepted from custom orders.
MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT TERMS
ALENTES reserves the right to modify or update the current terms and conditions of trade. Any modifications take place upon uploading on the current webpage.

ALENTES respects and takes the privacy of our customers seriously. We collect information about you through our Website to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. No information about you is sold or shared with anyone, except under certain circumstances like outside consultants or companies, but only for the purpose of enabling those consultants or companies to help our site function better and help us in our business. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected through this Website, and does not cover any information collected offline by us or our 3rd Party Wholesale Retail partners.

ΔΙΑΘΕΣΙΜΟΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΙΟΝΤΩΝ: Τα αντικείμενα μας κατασκευάζεται κατά παραγγελία και κατά μέσο όρο η κατασκευή τους ολοκληρώνεται σε δύο (2) εβδομάδες, ωστόσο ο χρόνος μπορεί να ποικίλει με το προϊόν και την ποσότητα. Κρατάμε περιορισμένο μόνιμο στοκ, οπότε μόλις κάνετε την παραγγελία σας και σε συνεννόηση μαζί σας κανονίζουμε τους βέλτιστους χρόνους παράδοσης και τα έξοδα αποστολής. Εφόσον δεν καταστεί εφικτή η επικοινωνία μαζί σας για διάστημα δέκα (10) εργάσιμων ημερών από την αποστολή του αιτήματος παραγγελίας σας, το αίτημα σας ακυρώνεται αυτομάτως.
ΤΡΟΠΟΙ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ: Για να ζητήσετε μια προσφορά ή να κάνετε μια παραγγελία μπορείτε:
> Διαδικτυακά: Περιηγηθείτε στις συλλογές και τα στοιχεία τους στην ιστοσελίδα. Όταν είστε έτοιμοι να παραγγείλετε ή να ζητήσετε προσφορά, ανοίξτε τη φόρμα παραγγελίας στο τμήμα SHOP του κύριου μενού. Γεμίστε το αναφέροντας τον κωδικό και την ποσότητα του στοιχείου που θέλετε. Αυτή η μορφή ανοίγει σε ξεχωριστό παράθυρο ώστε να μπορείτε να ενημερώσετε όλο το χρόνο περιήγησής σας. Θα επικοινωνήσουμε προσωπικά μαζί σας το συντομότερο λάβουμε την παραγγελία σας (μέσα σε 2 εργάσιμες ημέρες) για να επιβεβαιώσετε και να οργανώσει την παράδοση και τιμολόγηση. Ο πελάτης οφείλει να παρέχει τις ακριβείς λεπτομέρειες της προβλεπόμενης διεύθυνση αποστολής και τα στοιχεία χρέωσης. Σε περίπτωση λανθασμένης παροχής των δεδομένων αυτών, όλα τα επιπλέον έξοδα της αποστολής πρέπει να χρεώνονται στον πελάτη. Κάθε παραγγελία για την οποία έχει καταβληθεί προκαταβολή θεωρείται οριστική.
ΑΚΥΡΩΣΗ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ: Επειδή τα προϊόντα μας κατασκευάζονται κατόπιν παραγγελίας και κατόπιν της καταβληθείσας προκαταβολής (50% της συνολικής πληρωμής), σε τυχόν ακύρωση της παραγγελίας παρακρατείται η προκαταβολή και ακυρώνεται το αίτημα παραγγελίας.
ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΕΣ: Δεν δεχόμαστε επιστροφές εάν δεν υπάρχει τεχνικό ελάττωμα. Στην περίπτωση των τεχνικών ελαττώματος παρακαλούμε να μας ενημερώσετε εντός πέντε (5) ημερολογιακών ημερών από τη στιγμή της παράδοσης. Ελαττωματικά εμπορεύματα θα αντικατασταθούν ή θα επιστραφούν αν η αντικατάσταση με το ίδιο προϊόν δεν είναι δυνατή. Επιστροφές γίνονται δεκτές εντός πέντε (5) ημερολογιακών ημερών από τη στιγμή της παράδοσης και μόνο εφόσον τα προϊόντα και η συσκευασία τους βρίσκονται στην ίδια κατάσταση στην οποία παραλήφθηκαν. Το προϊόν δεν πρέπει να έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί, ή έχει υποστεί βλάβη. Θα κανονίσουμε μαζί σας για να μας στείλετε πίσω το προϊόν και θα το αντικαταστήσει χωρίς κόστος επιβάρυνσης. Στην περίπτωση επιστροφής, οφείλετε να επικοινωνήσετε με το μαζί μας αμέσως μετά την παράδοση, την ίδια ή, το αργότερο, την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα, είτε τηλεφωνικώς στο +30 210 8996222 είτε αποστέλλοντας μας σχετικό e-mail στην ηλεκτρονική μας διεύθυνση info@alentes.com. Επιστροφές γίνονται δεκτές μόνο εφόσον τα προϊόντα και η συσκευασία τους βρίσκονται στην ίδια κατάσταση στην οποία τα παραλάβατε. Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης της παραγγελίας, παρακρατείται η προκαταβολή (50% της συνολικής πληρωμής).
ΠΛΗΡΩΜΗ: Τα προϊόντα μας κατασκευάζονται μόλις καταβληθεί η μη επιστρεπτέα προκαταβολή του 50% της συνολικής πληρωμής. Μόλις λάβουμε την παραγγελία σας, σας κοινοποιούμε το τιμολόγιο με το ακριβές συνολικό ποσό χρέωσης, το ακριβές ποσόν της προκαταβολής (50% του συνολικού κόστους), το χρόνο παράδοσης και άλλα έξοδα. Όταν σας ειδοποιήσουμε ότι η παραγγελία σας είναι έτοιμη να σας αποσταλεί, το υπόλοιπο 50% του συνολικού κόστους θα πρέπει να καταβληθεί.

> Τραπεζική πληρωμή: Τραπεζικές πληρωμές γίνονται στον παρακάτω λογαριασμό: ALPHA BANK, Αρ Λογαριασμού: 293 00200200 6063, IBAN: GR26 0140 2930 2930 0200 2006 063, Δικαιούχος: Σφυρής Βασίλειος. Πληρωμή με τραπεζικό έμβασμα υπόκειται στους ακόλουθους όρους: η τραπεζική μεταφορά πρέπει να λαμβάνονται εντός 10 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημερομηνία που εκδίδεται το τιμολόγιο μας. Μετά την ημερομηνία αυτή η διαταγή θα καταστεί άκυρη. Τα εμπορεύματα θα αποσταλούν μόνο αφού ολοκληρωθεί η πίστωση των πληρωμών. Οποιεσδήποτε δαπάνες έμβασματων που αφορούν εντολές πληρωμής μέσω web banking από άλλες τράπεζες θα πρέπει να καταβληθούν από εσάς. Κατά την πληρωμή, παρακαλούμε εισάγετε τον αριθμό της παραγγελίας σας που αναγράφεται είτε στην προσφορά είτε στο τιμολόγιο. Μπορείτε επιπλέον να μας ενημερώσετε τηλεφωνικά ή με e-mail για την τοποθέτηση της πληρωμής.
ΧΡΟΝΟΣ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗΣ: Τα εμπορεύματα θα είναι έτοιμα για αποστολή εντός του χρόνου που καθορίζεται στο τιμολόγιο και κατόπιν συνεννόησης μαζί σας. Δύο (2) εβδομάδες είναι ο απαιτούμενος μέσος χρόνος κατασκευής, ωστόσο μπορεί να ποικίλει με το προϊόν και την ποσότητα. Παρακαλείστε να τοποθετήσετε τη παραγγελία σας αρκετά πριν των μεγάλων εορτών (Χριστούγεννα, Πάσχα, κλπ).

Εντός Αθηνών :
- Παραλαβή από την έδρα μας, οδός Φαλήρου 100, ΤΚ. 117 41 Κουκάκι, Αθήνα – χωρίς συσκευασία ασφαλείας.
- Παράδοση στο χώρο σας δωρεάν για παραγγελίες άνω των 200€ – χωρίς συσκευασία ασφαλείας.
- Παράδοση στο χώρο σας με επιβάρυνση 7€ για παραγγελίες μικρότερες των 200€– χωρίς συσκευασία ασφαλείας.
Εκτός Αθηνών :
- Αποστολές σε πρακτορείο της επιλογή σας δωρεάν για αγορές άνω των 200€- με έξοδα συσκευασίας 5% επί της καθαρής αξίας της παραγγελίας σας.
- Αποστολές σε πρακτορείο της επιλογή σας με επιβάρυνση 7€ για παραγγελίες μικρότερες των 200€- με έξοδα συσκευασίας 5% επί της καθαρής αξίας της παραγγελίας σας.
- Αναλαμβάνουμε αποστολές εντός Αττικής που δεν καλύπτονται από πρακτορείο. Το κόστος εξαρτάται από την περιοχή αποστολής, με έξοδα συσκευασίας 5% επί της καθαρής αξίας της παραγγελίας σας.
Προσοχή: Η εταιρεία μας παραδίδει τα συσκευασμένα προϊόντα στο πρακτορείο μεταφοράς μαζί με τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας σας. Η εταιρεία μεταφορών επικοινωνεί μαζί σας για το κόστος μεταφοράς στην τοποθεσία σας. Η εταιρεία μας συσκευάζει τα προϊόντα σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες αποστολής εύθραυστων αντικειμένων και τα παραδίδει στην εκάστοτε μεταφορική εταιρεία σε άριστη κατάσταση. Παρακαλούμε όπως κατά την παράδοση, ελέγχετε την κατάσταση των προϊόντων και το άθικτο της συσκευασίας τους. Η μεταφορική εταιρεία είναι υπεύθυνη για τυχόν φθορές κατά την μεταφορά.
ΦΘΟΡΕΣ ΚΑΤΑ ΤΗ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΑ: Η ALENTES | essential details συσκευάζει τα προϊόντα σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες για εύθραυστα αντικείμενα και να τα παραδίδει στο μεταφορέα σε άριστη κατάσταση. Ο μεταφορέας είναι υπεύθυνος για τυχόν ζημιές κατά τη μεταφορά. Σας συνιστούμε τον έλεγχο της κατάστασης των παραδοθέντων εμπορευμάτων πριν την υπογραφή της απόδειξης παραλαβής. Είναι δικαίωμά σας να ανοίξετε και να ελέγξετε τα προϊόντα εάν η συσκευασία έχει οποιαδήποτε ένδειξη βλάβης. Σε περίπτωση καθυστερήσεων, ατυχημάτων, ολική ή μερική απώλεια ή άλλα προβλήματα, εναπόκειται στον πελάτη να επικοινωνήσει με τον μεταφορέα, χωρίς να είναι η ευθύνη της ALENTES | essential details.
ΓΕΝΙΚΑ: ALENTES | essential details δεν παρέχει καμία εγγύηση σχετικά με την καταλληλότητα των προϊόντων για τη συγκεκριμένη χρήση που προορίζεται από τον πελάτη.
ΕΙΔΙΚΕΣ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΕΣ: Η εταιρεία μας αναλαμβάνει παραγγελίες για ειδικές κατασκευές, κατόπιν συνεννόησης. Οι σχετικές τιμές διαμορφώνονται ανάλογα με το είδος της κατασκευής και τα υλικά που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν.
